From Memorial Day to Labor Day we run a set of activities each week. Monday - Thursday all summer long we run the same activity schedule so that all guests regardless of the week they visit or the cabin they rent can enjoy all the fun Arcadia has to offer. The activity list changes from year to year depending on a variety of factors. Sometimes we change out a long running activity to try something new, sometimes a new staff member will have a talent in a particular area, and sometimes we return to a classic hit. This is all done to keep the activities exciting not only for new guests but for guests that have been visiting Arcadia for 5 or 10 or 25 years.
Arcadia offers a ton of activities guests can enjoy on their own. Our big sandy Beach and HUGE Floating Playground are available to all guests. The Floating Playground consists of over 2 dozen inflatable AquaGlide water toys. They are setup in a range of sizes provided something for all ages. The smallest toys are located closer to shore in easy range of younger kids. These include Swim Mats, Balance Beams, Bouncers, and Challenge Tracks. The larger toys are located further from shore in deeper water. These big toys include a 16' Slide, Water Swings, Bouncing KAOS, Volleyball Court, Monkey Bars and Large Challenge Tracks. All of the Water Toys are in water deep enough to be safe and the entire Beach & Floating Playground are surrounded by a buoy line. This buoy line provides a safe swimming area and keeps watercraft out! You will also find a large collection of Paddle North Paddle Boards & Kayaks on the Beach. These are available for all guests on a first come first grab basis. In addition to the Beach area a Basketball and Sand Volleyball Court are available. The Main Lodge is open to guests 24/7 and offers table top & board games. An Air Hockey, Pool and Foosball tables are available along with a large collection of board games and puzzles.
