• Early Arrivals and Late Checkouts will be charged a one day extra rental fee.

• ** Spring, Fall and Winter daily rates require a 2 night minimum stay.

• Extra Persons Charge -- Rates include the number of people as stated for each cabin in the rate column - NOT the maximum occupancy of the cabin. An extra person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number up to the maximum occupancy. 

  • Each additional adult is $150 per week.

  • Kids age 4 to 16 stay for $100 per week.

  • Children Age 3 and under stay for Free.

  • The extra person daily rate is $25/day.

• All cabins are equipped with charcoal grills. (Please bring your own charcoal, lighter and lighter fluid - or you may purchase it at the Lodge))

• Each cabin has patio chairs and tables or picnic tables.

• All cabins have microwaves, fans, clock radios, coffeemakers, appliances and housewares.  If you need something else like a crock pot, or extra large pan, roaster, etc., please ask for it at the lodge.

• All bed linens are provided, extras are available upon request.

• Please request linens for futons and hide-a-beds when making reservation.

• Towels, washcloths, paper towels and dish soap are NOT provided.

• Cribs & highchairs are available at no charge, but are reserved on a first-asked, first-served basis

• A 6.875% Sales Tax and 3% Local Tax will be applied to all rentals. 

• VISA, MasterCard and Discover, Checks and Cash Accepted.

• Damage deposit for boats and motors is due upon check-in.
